Can Fin Homes Q4 net profit up 26.07% at Rs 209.03 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 209.03 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 165.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 26.07 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.35 per cent at Rs 926.83 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 763.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.09 per cent to Rs 69.60 crore from Rs 71.82 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 55.77 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.52 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 23.89 per cent to Rs 857.23 crore as against Rs 691.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.09 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 18.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 583.93 crore, while Taxation increased by 89.25 per cent at Rs 60.92 crore (Mar'23 Rs 32.19 crore).
